Please send an email using the in-app Send Feedback button. To do so, tap Menu/About and then Send Feedback. This email will include info that will help find your account and diagnose the problem. Screenshots are always helpful!
Please send an email to support@fractical.app, including as much info as you can about your device (iOS/Android version, device brand/model).
All data is stored in a Google FireStore database. Should be good to go, and it's pretty much just an email address. We do send email and a few bits of information about your device to a service called Bugsnag, which shows us crash reports to help debug issues 'out in the wild'. You won't get any unsolicited emails from either Firebase or Bugsnag.
